Quick update:

Configured ewelink app with sonoff to measure reservoir temp. Don't think I need to connect it to tank heater as it has a thermostat built in on it anyway. Hopefully the warm weather at the moment will mean that the fan heater won't come on as much and the heater in the resovoir.

I'll be connecting the temp sensors to home assistant so I can see nice graphs of the temps/humidity.
Sounds like ya getting way more into detail than I ever have mate , I’m the king of wing lol I don’t even have thermometers in my tent lol it is what it is

I'm just a bit of a nerd...sometimes! I like graphs with temp/humidity as mines is outdoor...so i can see what I need to adjust rather than ad hoc checks. Happy to help if you need anything

The autopots are all in. I had a couple of saucers to raise the plants..so I flipped them around and they sit fairly comfortably on top so I don't think they'd keel over...but it worries me that they aren't fully supporting the pots.

Any other ideas to raise them off the floor? They'll be in the shed so the floor is usually cold.

Maybe cut some solid Styrofoam to fit inside those flipped over saucers. It would add support and an insulative value as well.

Good shout this, any board type insulation would do it. I use to use an old pallet chopped down to fit with a tube heater shoved underneath. With the autopots its not a bad idea to sit them inside a tray to catch any leaks if the valves block, unless they're the newer upgraded ones with the bigger holes which should make it less likely. Still no harm in checking the valves once a week though

Good shout about the insulation thanks.

The support isn't much of an issue as those pots ate solid..its just that they didn't 100% fully sit on top of them, as they are slightly smaller width wise.

This is going to be fun. Either my tent is going to end up wet or my face haha

So presumably I would turn the valve off at reservoir side...drain it via the valve inside the tent into a pot or something..sounds logical right? :)

If that's a worry I would think you could go to the hardware store and change out any hoses or connectors with ones with a larger interior diameter and add any cleanouts and or valves. I mean in my opinion the autopot system is really about the float valve system to feed the system. Honestly if handy, making something in the plumbing supply aisle really shouldn't be all that much of a challenge. Not knocking the autopot but it's not all that specialized in a plumbing sense. Definitely not knocking it, I actually believe it convenient (rather than building one like it) and effective.
