Sorry @2-Scoops my humidity seems to be getting up there so need you to put my mind at ease.
It’s sometimes sits at 79% humidity in the tent (52% in the room) I’ve cranked my Socom fan box in and out to a good speed but I don’t want to stuff any buds that might be forming or retard them in any way.
I used to run a dehumidifier in the room to try and lower it a bit even placing it half into one on an open flap of the tent.
What do you reckon mate?.

If ya got a dehumidifier and it lowers rh, then yes get it used. But its that high during dark when its climbing, pretty much standard stuff tbh. Yes you need good air movement this will help prevent rot occurring but not always, tempting fate here but i don`t suffer bud rot and its virtually same spec in my room. You do have nice big fan set between light and canopy blowing across horizontally, you could also crank that up. But you don`t want it blasting tops of plants directly, set it just so tops of plants/canopy is feeling a breeze, your can crank it up easily enough for great air-movement in the room by just raising it so its not like a tornado hitting plant canopy. Jobs a good en mate and at end of shift theirs not much you can do about it unless its a great big dehumidifier that works well to lower rh. Its all about having good air-movement in theirFarmerGiles wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 11:53 pmSorry @2-Scoops my humidity seems to be getting up there so need you to put my mind at ease.

Right we are mate we’ll today I just undid the bottom horizontal zip and which left a flap for move air to enter the tent and that seemed to help and lowered it by about 10% humidity I also put the humidity probe in their which is all part of the fan controller and that’s cutting in nicely too, so hopefully I can get out of this humidity glitch without resorting to running my bloody dehumidifier!.

Yes i also always have flap at bottom of tent open a good bit for extra air movement, good call. :)FarmerGiles wrote: ↑Thu Jul 08, 2021 12:42 amRight we are mate we’ll today I just undid the bottom horizontal zip and which left a flap for move air to enter the tent and that seemed to help and lowered it by about 10% humidity I also put the humidity probe in their which is all part of the fan controller and that’s cutting in nicely too, so hopefully I can get out of this humidity glitch without resorting to running my bloody dehumidifier!.

Re: First Timer coco with LEDS cherry 🍒 poppin with @2-scoops
End of week 4 @2-Scoops all still going ok still stretching and I’m still raising the lights one is wonky due to it being smaller than the other a but coming along nicely.
Only thing is as well is that my clones are going spastic now to in-fact one which I plan to bin I topped super low just to see if it can take it as it was pretty tall can I do that? and the curly leaves are back must be from the crinkly mum
.
Also brought one seed from Dutch Passion of an favourite of mine ‘The Ultimate’ had great results in the past so giving it another whirl came nicely packaged with free seed too so winner winner.
Only 4 days from poppin and looking good (see photo of clones bottom pot).

Re: First Timer coco with LEDS cherry 🍒 poppin with @2-scoops
They should be slowing down stretching now, so not to worry on that score. But they`re looking bang on. Just looking at net tis a shame you can raise it a few inches, but I'm sure you`ll be ok either way so again no sweat, maybe odd will need tying up later iomn if it falls over too much, wait and see on that one though hey.
The clones if they`re for your next grow I'd top them down really low or as much as you dare take away i don`t mean just nip tops away. Also top them all down as even as you possibly can , do it just to keep plants inline and in tow for your next grow and so they`re not a big mess of massive plants. They may and prolly will need topping right back as well but you do that much later and maybe again afterwards, but in doing that and prepping for your next grow you should have some real corkers good to go more or less after this grow all even with lots of tops and not just a single topping like these. Anyhow get that first topping done mate, tis all good stuff, i will remind you when i think you should do it again if needs be to keep them inline and all even. But it will be a much better result if ya sort them sound ready to go next time for sure. Its how i generally tend to do stuff myself. I don`t know how much your feeding the clones but 1.5 to 2ml per liter should do ya usually around 0.8 to 1.0ec if I remember rightly, I'd prolly use 0.8ec after first topping
The ultimate is one I've grown once before too, it was only a few years back now, it sure has big fatty buds and does a good jobby on you when smoked alright as well yes. I think Dutch Passion have better strains though personally speaking, i do love their Outlaw (amnesia haze) man I've done that more than once and will again hopefully :)

Re: First Timer coco with LEDS cherry 🍒 poppin with @2-scoops
I’ll have a go at raising the net it should be ok I reckon if I do it gently gently
I am feeding the clones exactly as you have said with a little silicone to for good measure
I kept one of Your quotes as a pdf for constant ‘in stone’ guide to help me out at a quick glance.
The Ultimate are good can’t wait to do it again.
So week 5 Wednesday BRING ON THE PK!!!!

Yes good call, why not. So sling your silicon in first then add 1/2 ml per ltr of pk boost to your mix and top it up with A&B to 1.2ec`ish don`t go any lower on ec yet if at all.
