How are my seedlings looking guys?

Post by Smokeitupsouthwest »

Hey,

I'm a first time UK medicinal grower.

I have a 200w CFL, Black Orchid Extractor, two usb fans.

I don't have any intake and I rarely use the extractor as yet I haven't experienced issues with airflow or heat.

My problem is I can't get the humidity above 45% and I spray my pot trays and leave a dish of water in there.

It's in a indoor living space.

Other than my question above I'd love it if someone could tell me how they are looking, are there any signs of issues ?

x1 Trippy Gorilla Auto

2 are fed monkey nutrients and 2 just filtered water that's pH tested.

My temps are fine could go up to 30c as far as I am aware I could be incorrect, my pH is fine.

My humidity isn't in my knowledge good at the moment.

can you cut some soda bottles and use them as mini humidity dome?

I hadn't thought of that idea my friend, thanks for the suggestion.

But how would I know that the humidity isn't too high within the dome?

Are they looking healthy ?

And my other question is, is this setup enough to grow 4 successfully?

It's just 1 200W CFL full spectrum or dual not sure which

To be honest I'm not sure of the tent size right now,

Is there a reason it would need upgrading for flowering?

People seem to grow with much less wattage CFLS than I have, as long as I scrog and tie down, light coverage may be not so much of a problem.

If I have to cut it down to 2 plants instead of 4 it can be done with pain and upset lol.

I've just hanged up a wet towel and have a bowl of water there too

They are autos just so I can point that out

What is your opinion on temperature and humidity requirement for nl auto and trippy gorilla auto ?.

Thanks all and every bit of advice is much appreciated!

Basically at the early stages of autoflowering plants life (pre-flowering) the humidity must be somewhere between 40% and 70 % but it should not surpass the 90 % mark or else the plant will really suffer and will not be able to evaporate the absorbed water trough the leafage

That's the advice I've gone off so far

45% is fine mate. Wouldn't hurt to be at 60% but you are not in any danger zone at 45%.

As for the light and tent, yes you can flower in there but will need to be realistic with expectations on what you will get from a 200w cfl. If you are going to go full cycle with that bulb then keep it close to the plants throughout the grow as they will need all the light that bulb produces.

I look forward to following your journey, if you need any help along the way let us know.

I've hung a wet towel in the tent and added a bowl of water, I have fans pointing at both.

Humidity has raised to %60 earlier but average 55.

I have the bulb within inches of them currently
