Its for thrips though i dont have any gnats mate

Well i dont have experience with thrips but the ladybugs seem to be adaptable and not fussy

Fingers crossed this works as i want to do this all organic!

I will keep you guys updated on the results.

Iv also been deliberately keeping my soil dry as possible until today to help with the gnat problem and its definitely helped reduce numbers
