Invisible Sun Far red light strip - no power

Hey guys

Not sure anyone or @Invisible Sun can help?

My far red strip LED has just stopped working. Only used for like one grow. I plug it in and there's no power..none of the lights come on etc. Tried different sockets in case that was the issue, no rice. Is it the fuse potentially? Or the driver?

I would if I knew how...there's a high chance I'll blow myself up lol...I'm not clued up with this kind of stuff..however I have one of those voltage meters

thats all you need, set the multimeter to voltage and find a bit of wire on the output side of the driver and see what it says. you wont blow yourself up, at least i dont think so lol

Not a fan of invisible anymore got a uv light and driver just fell off didn’t even come with hangers felt like it was a quick job and cheaply put together but then no power.

Have to unscrew the waterproof connector to discover the wires fell out of the other part wasn’t screwed in tight enough so had to do it myself. @wutang has yours done the same.

Devils advocate time. Why spend £199 on the light controller when you can get it less than half the price from exactly the same unit from China ??

Nah I get that bro. I'm critical of things in life as well. I've got their 530 light and that's impressive, great yields and performance..can't say I've compared it to others but certainly gave me some monster nugs.
