hi i can see pics but we need more detaiks ie medium type feeds rh temps etc,by eye and with limited details its a guess at best,
i see either massive overfeed or soil that is to hot,if its first then a flush and reset if 2nd then very limited but i hate guessing so details?

my gut says nitrogen tox, but then the colour of the leaves says the PH might have fried them

Can ya give us the vitals like EC, PH, Temp and humidity please

Looks like heat stress. What's you temps? I'm not seeing a deficiency. Leaves tend to curl under when they get to hot. Sucks the life right out of them. No yellowing or veiny stuff and leaves below the canopy look fine. I'd check ventilation and lamp height. Good luck
