How To Deter & Cure Powdrey Mildew.

My Agent Orange mother plants got powdery Mildew after losing their way somewhat and becoming unhealthy weakening the plant's defenses. The mothers, unfortunately, did not survive but I did take clones. No matter what I tried to do with these clones indoors, they looked sick in coco or compost. So as a last resort I took a spindly-looking stick of a clone and planted it into the earth outside. Over time the plant became healthy but the Powdery Mildew would not go even though I had sprayed it with milk and Potassium Bicarbonate. Although these sprays would knock the powdery mildew back or I believed I had cured it a few weeks later it would be back.
What I did was add the Milk and Potassium Bicarbonate together with a bit of dish soap and sprayed every 3 days for 18 days then once a week then every 2. I even sprayed in mid-bloom with no ill effects.
My conclusion:
Adding the 2 together and more aggressive foliar spray treatments 100% worked.
So here is a nice cheap recipe to Cure and Deter Powdery Mildew.

Half a liter of hot/warm water add 3 teaspoons of Potassium Bicarbonate and mix well (allow to cool if using hot water).
Add half a liter of milk any type will do even if it has gone off.
To finish just add a squirt of dishwashing soap and mix well.

My tent in the garage has some powdery mildew on the outside, wondering what I can use to clean it as i've never had this problem before. Don't fancy spraying anything like milk that will make it smell bad, any suggestions?
