Yellow spots - No sign of bugs/mites

Post by gingerb »

Longtime guys & gals, been abit hectic with life and job issues so not been on the forum for months.
Just wondering if anyone can tell what sort of def or issues I have with current auto amnesia, yellow spots on top of the leaves and no signs of bugs/mites on the bottoms of leaves.

See photos below, only appeared a week or so but only on a few leaves but seems to have spread alot this last week.

Any help/info I'd be very greatful, checked over alot of leaves and can't see bugs/thrips or spider mites.

Take a look of the underneath of the leaf mate. It does look like spider mites and you have to do something about it quickly or they will spread big time.

Hi Gingerb, she looks very dark green, do you think she's having a bit too much nitrogen in her diet and that's pushing something away and causing her to eat herself in places?

Have you farted in the tent recently?

I'd probably calibrate my ph pen and double check the ph of the grub going in and drop the ferts back a bit too. Good luck dude! I'm sure she'll be fine n dandy come chop time.

Close up photos of backs and fronts of leaves attached. Had spider mites before years ago but after checking loads of leaves I can't see any sign of them at all.

Hey @gingerb ,my guess is some sort of micro nutrient/trace element deficiency, looks early enough in flower to feed hr up a bit on something suitable, what you about 2 or 3 weeks in? nice couple doses of some bio available liquid kelp meal would be my advise but there plenty of things out there that can fix such things,i'd just choose that as i'm an organics guy...i think alot of nute lines are missing alot of the trace elements needed for some of these complex often fussy eating poly hybrids nowadays,as @Marcus says above, check PH as well as that could be why shes not uptaking

Check your run off if its too high it could be causing some sort of lockout. If so maybe a flush through is called for before starting back up on ferts.

Calcium deficiency tends to rear its head around 4 to 5 weeks in bloom when stretch is over. What with you mentioning the brown spots etc.

Sure looks bug-gish though but then again it could quite easily be summink else.
