That could be a long term solution.

I've been looking at this recently as an all around go to foliar spray.

Anyone know anything about this. Even if you haven't used it I'd still like to hear what everyone thinks.

the lacy wings you can buy come live in a box you just let them loose in the groom they go to work one review i come across

Any systemic pesticide should wipe them out instantly and protect plants for a good few weeks afterwards. I should say these typo of pesticides are nasty and very toxic and shouldn`t be used on your flowering/budding plants.

Up to now I have avoided spraying anything other than h2o2 after budding has started.

Pics of top and under side of a couple of affected leaves. I noticed some spots, both white and black, on the under side but after watching for a minute I didn't see any movement.

So I watched a little longer tonight and saw one of the black dots move. So there are some type of critters on her. Not really fitting descriptions of red spider mites or the white ones with 2 dark spots.

So, I did a little defoliation on her. I tried to get as many of the affected leaves out as possible. I know this is not enough but should help slow the spread.
Then I mixed a cup, 240ml of H2o2 with 2 gallons, 7.5 liters of H2o and sprayed both plants down thoroughly concentrating on the underside first and then the top side. Shut the lights off for about an hour and shook off as much water as I could before turning the lights back on.

H202 kills mites so your on it but it doesn`t wipe out the eggs so you need to be spraying them every few days for 3 to 4 treatments and that should hopefully wipe out the mites as they hatch and in so doing they`ve not got chance to reproduce
