Final update:

The ladybugs done the job awesome but i have no idea where the have went. They were all doing really well but i went away to the Netherlands and when i came back they were no where to be seen. I can't find any dead ones so I'm assuming they have left my cupboard to go live there best life's....

However i do have loads humping in the garden outdoors so if i ever have a pest problem again i will collect some and repeat the process

I found one on the laundry hanging up a few hours ago and released it outside.... Got 10 more to find 😂

Wow thats so kool i love your looking after the lady bugs............water for them and some food aswell.......may be they will hang around till the end keep on guard for any pests..... :clap: :clap: :clap: :dance:

Do you think the gnats came from your soil or came in from outside some how

touch wood never had them so far just a aphid out break once from leaving the window open ....plonker that i am
