Nice1 mate... i know what you mean, ive had loads of support from ppl here. Just knowing that i have somewhere to go and have a chat has been a lifesaver. My mental health problems mean i can be up and down quite rapidly but ive been given some great advice and tips on how to deal with it.... Things are getting better tho..im deffo having more up days recently, there's always room for improvement but things are going ok.
Thank you everyone for the support.. you know who you all are..
