All aboard the auto express

Right , I’m new hear guys so take it easy on me. Being growing on and off for around 10 years , learning new tricks every grow. Always changing things up and faffing about , my favourite saying is every days a school day , got plenty of books and watch YouTube and google lots , but the most enjoyable way of learning is on the forums , and watching strains grown out ,

This grow got underway 56 days ago and already being giving me some hassle

Strains I decided was my all time fave and the first plant I ever grew Barneys farm Pineapple Express

Second I went with freedom seeds purple express

Third up was Barneys farm Zkittlez OG

So never to make things simple and to keep things interesting I decided to try auto pots (Another new one on me) hopefully this frees some time up , now we aren’t that far away from kids going back to school , and hopefully grass roots sport can come back which means I’ll be running my lad all over the place 3 times a week
Different growing medium again in the form of canna pro pebble mix coco,
And this time round having had only 8oz bud off 3 photos after the bud rot issues I have had yet another light off forest of the circle , which is longer and offers better coverage in the 1.5m tent which is going in among side the original panel from the main man which should see me begging under 300w and flowering under 650w

And last and least ! The pain in my ass Pineapple Express , she’s being showing pre flowers 2 weeks , pale due to being hungry but also I think it’s also being bleached by the leds as I had her on a box lifting her towards the light

Anyway , I always accept all input , and any things I am doing wrong fire it at me , like I say every days a school day ,
This grow is my first with auto pots and I do honestly believe using them with 3 different strains ain’t working for me . The purple express is in full swing as is the zkittlez og and the pineapple isn’t yet , I need to start boost and pk on the 2 in flower but the pineapple is not ready , so I’m thinking about repiping the auto pots and taking the pineapple out the system and hand watering it and if it doesn’t start flowering soon I’ll be chopping her ,

I think you're already looking good there to be honest. I bet there is a few hydro guys here that would help tweak that set up. Maybe you just need to find them and give them a nudge? I'm organic coco coir myself and only a few grows under my belt growing Cannabis.

From what I know from hydro you need lots of aeration in your pots and you can add H20 I think, there is a post about it on here somewhere. Its from Growth Technology, look it up you'll soon find something?

LED's also throw out a huge amount of photons, so much so sometimes its hard to keep up woth enough nutritients for the plant. Maybe this is why your yields not great?

I had bud rot on my last batch. But I had it come out after putting it in jars, they got over 21 degrees in the hot weather which did me no favours.

Evening guys quick update ,

Day 60 of my grow

The purple express and the zkittlez og are budding away nicely, and the 3 cbd medical babies are plodding along healthy and green , although the stress killer is a bit of a mutant and isn’t drinking anywhere near as much as the Charlottes angel and the white widdow cbd but we shall give her Benifit of the doubt and roll with her as that’s the main one I’m growing for the wife’s attitude problem lmfao bloody stress head

And then we come to what was supposed to be Pineapple Express ......... there’s nothing Express about it , it’s either not a Pineapple Express . Or she’s just being stubborn and deciding not to flower. So I have kicked her out the auto tent and set up my old tent and put her under 12/12 under the telos 0010 I’m not currently using see what happens , if she starts flowering , stretching I think I’ll put a net in there and spread her out over the 90x90 area as she’s gonna be huge , vegged first 60 days lol


What’s your thoughts people ? Should see some action out of the pineapple within 3 days ?

Day 69 ......
The auto tent is coming on nicely and recon the purple express is about ready to start flushing. But the zkittlez has a week or so left,
The cbds are starting to fill out and will start stretching very shortly


And this is 7 days in 12/12 for the stubborn cow pineapple no so express lol



So that’s another week gone , I’m hoping the pineapple pulls her finger out and starts flowering , after 69 days would be a shame to have To chop her now
