I check to see if the water is coming through the bottom every time, if it isn't then I add a little more water until it does then let it drain off a little until it stops dripping.

Ah that's sounds good then, its prolly more me complicating things, i can be like that at times. Another option is if or when you think they becoming more thirsty, well carry on feeding amount what your giving now but x 3 weekly instead of x2. You maybe ok but once they are a bit bigger i would say they will need more frequent feeds me thinks in those pots. But atmo no fix needed im just creating a kafuffle for ya`s to think on.

How much do you feed/water your plants??

I grow in coco so tis a little different from dirt growing, but atmo im feeding plants daily around 4 litres each to a bit of run off into. Plants are in 12ltr buckets.

I don't know if it's just bad photos but these pots are quite big - I'll try and get close ups of the pots tomorrow, I've got a little chart to measure pot size (that I keep trying to upload but my app won't let me today for some reason) but they are 32cm across the top 32cm high and 28cm across the bottom so that should be around 15L pots according to my little chart lol??

They're bigger than the pot I used for the Afghan kush I grew last year and that thing grew 4.5feet tall and 90cm wide lol. Should I be aiming for bigger pots still?

I think I'm ok but I worry I'm making silly mistakes - my head drives me mad at times always questioning what I'm doing, especially as this will be my first successful grow if it all turns out well .

Love this diary

I'm loving it too.

The thought of starting my first diary for my first (proper) grow was abit daunting after reading through alot of your guys diarys and seeing how well you guys know this particular "hobby" lol.

But I've learnt more from doing it than I have from reading any of yours... I've been hands on with the process and the help everyone's provided has been really helpful! I now actually feel confident in what I'm doing and more importantly why I'm doing it.

I'd recommend to anyone who hasn't yet, to start one... It's as much for your own growth as it is others reading.

I made afew mistakes early on with this grow that I know now so I already can't wait to get the next one started ASAP

It's Friday again.

•Week 8 for the gorilla cookies.
•7 weeks 3 days for the critical Kush.

Bud sites are starting to form nicely now. Upped the feeding schedule to 3x a week after advice from 2scoops (5ml per litre 3 X a week)

Plants are looking healthy. All in all nothing much to report really - I've seen a diary on this forum about Gorilla Cookies that got chopped at 11weeks but was ready from 10 so with a little luck we've got maybe 2/3 weeks left before it's chopping time!
