Ive got one! So far its not been used except as a propagation area in coco tho haha. Seen good results from them :)

I've got one and used I few times and had 100% positive results, I did not try the method mentioned above but have had mix success with water only on a window sill

I think @Bulls uses an Aero device? If so he rocks with it.

I looked at them at one time but to be honest I already have air pumps and water pumps so just wing it really and make my own but the Aero's do have a place I think.

I do use it yes and it's brilliant. Definitely can be made way cheaper especially if you have some pumps laying around.
