stuck for what pump to use for dwc

I need to aerate 5 40L totes but only with minimum noise, I also don't want to go overboard on price so If it works to oxygenate water well and has no or minor drawbacks that's what I'm after,

Was thinking individual pumps or a pump per pair of totes (or maybe one pump tht does 3 and one that does 2)

This has been doing my nut in for a fortnight and will continue to do so until I figure it out really holding things up this is as I cant seem to decide which one to buy that will get the job done with a quieter noise output

Also don't know which airstone to use that covers as wide a surface area to bubble the circumference of the rootmass

It's a 60L tote but about 40L will be water
