problem with young plant

One of my young plants has a problem ... The middle of the leaf has changed color. Is there anything to worry about? What is the reason? The plant has 5.6 days

photo 8h ago now it looks more intense, a little worse

the bottom leaf is that because the grain was too long on it

I cant tell for sure but, possibly the seed shell hanging on? I dont have my glasses on and i just woke up sorry. You say 5-6 days old, is that from planting or days since it has popped out of soil? How much and how often are you watering the plant? What light source are you using?

I water every 2 days

I think their High has stopped ...

5.6 days from opening. the light comes from the sun

Dont water right on top of the plant water in a circle around it so the roots start reaching out. How much you watering?
