Run Off EC really high

so my run off ec is really high over 3.0 and i leave it sat in the tray. I want too lower the ec in the coco before starting too bottom feed should i flush with water only and then start bottom feeding

Hi. I'd not let the pots sit in a runof. I'd do top flush asap until you have same runoff as tap water.

Flush it through yes to get run off right back down to same EC as your water or close to it and then start feeding plants in full on vegging at 1.0 and 1.2 ec first 4 weeks of 12/12 before dropping back to 1.0 EC, i wouldnt`t go above that when feeding from bottom or you may notice EC of the coco medium starts climbing again. But doing as said should get you right to end of grow without need to flush pots through again no worries on that score .
