When to use UV LED strip and Far Red strip

So I've got the uv supplemental bar that invisible sun made..but they don't sell it anymore and I don't know when to use it?

I've got the far red and I believe I'm supposed to use it 15mins before lights out and then off at the same time lights go out to mimic sunset..but maybe I do it 30mins before lights out, lights out at 11hr45mins, and then let thr red turn off 15mins after - in flowering..do something similar in veg?

Anyone used these in anger? Heard the uv boosts terp profiles etc. Cheers.

With the far red I use mine just after stretch. It's on with the main lights and getting some good results.
I use a UVB light for 2 hours mid light cycle for the last 3 weeks of flower. The UVB is a tube not an led.
I don't think the LEDs kick out enough UV to make much difference.

Two ways to use it. The mimicking sunrise which I'm not too convinced about.
The other way is for the Emerson effect.
Plants react to far red far more than originally thought.

This one is worth a look.
I've not tried the far red in veg yet but I'm going to give it a go on the next blueberry run. I can definitely recommend adding it after stretch.
Just run it with the main lights.

i ran one of those strips on an older light as supplement really as it was a pure white light. but i don't use it with the 4R light as that has some red in the light. I guess theres some use for sunset/rise but tbh i cba with all that lol.
