Homegrown maters and sage in the shakshuka this morn

Red onion, maters, chickpeas for a while, season with whatever ya like, then make pockets and lay more bacon fat in em before the eggs, baste til cooked then top with chevre and ricotta. Boom!

Picked up some sashimi grade tuna and made a nice lunch. Japanese Ichiban to drink as well.
