Shops do have the right to refuse you entry, coronavirus or not.
If they do ask you what your condition is, and you (rightfully) refuse, then decline you entry, you can ask for their name etc. because they have broken the law by asking. They may then back-down and let you in.
Never give advice. Wise men don't need advice. Fools won't take it.
