Wassup GR420
Its has been a very busy start to the year for the work that goes on behind the scenes, a lot of it is thankless and laborious, the sort of stuff that you really cannot make fun no matter how you approach it. Its kept a few of the team extremely busy but its all necessary to move our forum forward and keep it a fun friendly place to be. 2 new members of the team have attacked this work with a passion. They already had more than enough to do but still got involved in some of the more difficult jobs and continue to do so.
This has left a bit of a issue, both of these members are new to growing, no experts. I spoke to a friend a few days ago about forum team, ranks and they said something that made this all click. A forum moderator is here to help the forum, to moderate the forum, to constantly improve it, keep it a safe a place and above all things put the forum
first. If thats the case then very lucky the 2 people in question.
