Are you a fan of purps strains Bio. Personally speaking all purps weed ive smoked or or lets say 99% of purps stuff that ive tried i think tastes like shit, just like im chewing a bar of soap. Dont get me wrong ive not grown one for donkeys years cus i was put off cus of previous experiences and i know things must have moved on a bit, but cus of old i always try avoid them. That said the one purps strain that i have grown in recent times dont taste like shit like they used to IMO, but i still wasn't convinced. Long and short im not fan of flavour of many purps strains, i swear they are or were like chewing on a bar of soap. Maybe i need to give them another go cus things have moved on many times since i was put off ?

@2-Scoops Yeh I like the purple strains hehe I know what you mean tho about the 'purple flavour' because I've had purple stuff that had that bland grape kinda smell, idk how to describe it but the purps that we would get back in the day (off the street) would always have that same taste and I have grown some glueberry that had this flavour (only the purple pheno had it). Even tho I wasn't keen on the flavour back then I still got some really trippy weed a couple of times so I was intruiged by the purple stuff. Tbh I think most of the tastiest modern purp strains are green till the last couple of weeks anyway so is it really purps? But anyway these days there are loads of good 'purple' strains, a lot of the ones I've been doing lately usually have gelato 33 or 41 influence which brings a nice structure, lots of frost and almost black colour (although these are not true purple as they only turn dark the last few weeks). I get a lot of different flavours from these but it depends what it's crossed with. A lot of them are gassy/fuel mainly but some are also really fruity tasting and I would say the majority are very nice, and I never get that old bland flavour with any of these modern strains. An example of true purple that I've had recently was the Forbidden Nectar and I think this Dark Devil is gonna be fruity/incense/earthy flavour, it smells quite nice. Conscious Genetics which I've been trying out lately have some good examples of purple strains with unique flavours, one of their goals is to produce exotic purple cultivars (again a lot of these don't turn purple till the end) and I got all my beans off them from the forum - try researching them Cheers bro I could talk about purps all day long

Yuzu sour auto that grew all the way to the top of my tent. I’ve had to lean her over and tie her down to get her under the light but she’s just showing off now with these buds I didn’t think she would do much as she’s in a one gallon pot and dang near taller then the tent. So defo happy surprise
