I’m really not sure why the powers to b have to lie all the time 
anyone that lives in wales and your shops have taped off the aisles with bags or plastic on non essential items for sale it’s a farce if it’s for sale in the shop your allowed to buy it , u just walk through the taped off section , get what u want and go the checkout no problem
