Lol its my moms special white sausage gravy on toasted sourdough. I like my bread swimming in gravy

When she woke up 15 minutes later I made her this triple cheese omelette while shooting the shit with the boys on the forum chat

Jalapeno cheddar, gouda, and brie melted in there with two eggs and a bit o milk for the omelette

“
I leave the sausage and grease in the pain and add a quart of heavy cream. Stir occasionally until it comes to a simmer. While it’s heating, I put 2 heaping tablespoons (not a measuring spoon, a tableware spoon larger than a cereal spoon) of bisquik in a small bowl. Then I spoon some of the warm cream into the bowl and whisk it to make a slurry. Once your cream is simmering, slowly whisk in the slurry and then stir constantly until the thickness you want (I like it about pancake batter thickness so it sticks good to the biscuits). If you have a small crockpot, you can pour it in and set it on keep warm and it will be good for hours.
