Facebook kept slamming with ads to join, finally I was like ok fine Facebook you win. Have not regretted it. Gives me a place just to hang out, or keep my mind busy. And number 27.

I was trolling grasscity decision to jump in, was a mixed bag on Tapatalk . So I looked for another room found autoflower network, and joined there as well after a short period posting I found that AFN is basically not on Tapatalk anymore (technical problems) found GR420 on Tapatalk shortly thereafter and it's just on a different vibe even though being a blade was nice ,there's just no true assholes here as far as I've experienced so far. Honest true answers and fair play .. 33 please

Here is how I found GR420

Years ago I was tired of buying low quality weed from a dealer that had no clue what strain it was. So I grew some of the bag seeds out but still low quality and no clue of the strain. This was back in the late 80's so we were used to schwag. We just had to smoke a lot to get high. It got us by.

Mind you, this was before the internet. I seen an ad in Hightimes about a seed bank overseas. So I sent my money to them for some seeds. Excitedly I waited and waited but no seeds. I'd either been screwed or customs confiscated my seeds. Bummed and out good money. Never again!

In between then and now I pretty much stopped toking. Got married, raised a family, bought a house. You know. Family life. Sure. I would still take a hit if someone offered but weed wasn't a high priority at the time.

But, years later the growing itch started again. I wanted to grow some GOOD weed. Shit that would knock my friends socks off.
I knew I had to start with good quality seeds. But, how would I get them? Where would I find them?

So I did some searching on Google for a place to buy some seeds. Found quite a few websites for seedbanks. But I wasn't going to make that same mistake a second time.

So I checked out a bunch of the weedsites and seedsman looked pretty legit. But I was still nervous and didn't want to throw away any money. I was looking for reviews for Seedsman when I stumbled across a forum that had pretty decent things to say about them. So I joined that forum.

I ordered my seeds from seedsman and started growing. I was a member on that forum for a couple months when I seen that The Vault was giving away some free seeds. They had several other forums that you could enter the contest through. How could I resist? One of them happened to be Growroom420.

So I started following along on Growroom420. Commenting here and there. Everyone seemed very friendly and welcoming. I've learned a lot!

I'm kind of like a cat. If you keep feeding it, you can't get rid of it.

So I guess you guys are stuck with me.

P.S. - Lo and behold the next thing I know I won some seeds

Let's grow, so we started and quickly realized we didnt really know what we were doing.
Hmr had found a podcast and had been listening to it for a few days. The forum was mentioned a few times and he joined.
Cooking tea and nattering about stuff and mentions gr420.
I get my phone and join just to see what he was going on about.
Turns out I joined at right time as xmas party plans were all coming together. This was back at start of december and I think I've logged in most days to chill, chat shit or have a mini stress over what plants are doing.
It's more than just a forum it's become a part of life
