What soil do you use to grow your veggies?

Im at that point now that i have about 400l of soil on hand and only use about 100l at any given time plus im constantly adding worm castings after each cycle as well. so basically im using GHO soil thats about 2 and half years old been used and added to over time. now i just use the same soil for everything cos i have so bloody much
