Good evening ladies and gentlemen.
Rules are simple. Guess the DRY weight of my last crop of Exodus Cheese. It's currently drying on the racks and freshly chopped. I haven't grown Cheese for a while so I am exited

He usually does dry weight for these. Think Nanook is the only wet weight guy. Ha.
