I started growing due to the ever rising price combined with limited control over strains.

I would much rather I put my money into my family rather than into someone else's pocket I've never even met before.

Strains are often wrong for my anxiety levels or picked far to early.

I appreciate growing a plant from seed all the way to harvest, in addition I like to pick the strains that I consume carefully and enjoy the diversity of different strains. This gives me the ability to avoid strains that make me too paranoid and have control on what I consume to ensure I only consume quality bud.

I have a close friend with a brain tumor and cannot sleep without it, a missus with ptsd, a neighbour with a back problem and a street dealer who would push opiates all the time and sell uncured racy weed that god only knows how it was grown.

It's medicine and I needed to learn how to grow this medicine as organically and safely as possible to help those closest to me. I wouldn't have progressed as fast as I have without this forum. Eternally grateful. No joke.

Plus I like gardening!
