Advice on parts

Post by The Aspie Toker »

Hi Guys,

I needed to get two of these...
https://www.onestopgrowshop.co.uk/produ ... ection-kit
(5" version) but you cannot pay with funds that are on your Paypal account. It needs to come from the bank. I don't have enough in the bank to pay for it, but do with Paypal, so my only alternative is to purchase the parts needed elsewhere.

Please correct me if I am wrong with the following (or you've found cheaper...

Jubilee type stainless steel hose clamps:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PRIMA-jubile ... :rk:7:pf:0
(120 - 140 Size)

5" Fast clamp
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Padded-Fast- ... i1-03hPyuQ

I can't find Female to female coupling. I would have thought it would be female to male, or male to female. Either way, I can't find what I need.

Tape:
I can use duct tape if need be.

Thanks guys

It's to put on either end of the ducting. It will make my job a lot easier.

ok kool personally i just use electrical tape so can be pulled tight bit just wrap a standard jubilee clip around the inside core of the ducting then cover with a ton of electrical tape and then i do the same with the outer core of the ducting again with a shed load of electrical tape pulled tightly works a treat for me and you could also use acoustic boxing for the fan itself pal you prolly know all this but this is my tried and tested method that personally works for me pal

Hope this helps a little
