Hi guys,

Some of you are aware that I'm trying to upgrade my tent.

I'm not a DIY person so I am unfamiliar with things.

I was going to purchase 2 of these...

but due to their shopping cart, you cannot pay via Paypal using what's already in your Paypal account - it has to come from a bank account that's linked to your PP account.

So I will need to purchase this parts separately from ebay.

The parts needed (according to the site) are...

Fast clamp
Female to female coupling
Jubilee clip
Phonic Trap tape 5m

One thing I am not sure about is the "Female to female coupling".

This link has what I think is a female to female, but just says "female"

Is that the same thing?

I guess pretty much any tape will do to hold it together.

Ive never used any of that Aspie. Cable ties and duct tape all the way lol..i don't think you need them m8.

I've tried cable ties in the past (using them atm) but this will make the job easier for me to put together - or take down in a hurry. I had huge problems trying to put on the acoustic ducting on last time. This would make things far easier for me to do.

Alright Aspie mate, hope all good.
I believe that the female coupling is to join two bits of ducting together, I might be wrong but the coupler goes “inside” each piece of ducting, so your connecting two female ends by inserting the coupling..... no pun intended....

Hi mate,

I know what to do, but unsure if the one on ebay is female to female. It just says female. (For all I know they may do a female to male) The one on the other site says female to female.
