Harvest time?

Post by frankthirtyspears »

Hi guys, hope you've been through really nice holidays!
So, i wasn't going to post anything since i believe i understood the timings ecc... behind harvesting, but in the end asking to experts sounded like the best choice.
Long story short here Is my Royal Jack Auto from Royalqueenseeeds which Is told to be ready after 11/12 weeks (even if i know that seller informazioni are inaccurate very often) and she's exactly 12 w/o.
My main doubt is that even if the smell Is very strong and every grow diary i saw about this strain ended at around week 11 the pistils doesn't convince me fully...
Some ideas? Here Is some pics, thanks as always ^^

How does the Trichomes look, are they milky or amber or just transparent?
Try to add a closeup on the Trichomes, that way it will be easier for people to help you out.

It doesn't look quite ready.
I start looking at trichomes once the hairs on top of the bud turn in. It looks like most of yours are still standing.

My eyesight is terrible. I use a light up 60x magnifier I bought off eBay for a fiver.
Whenever it's ready it'll be a nice smoke.

Here are some closer photos (i know the quality is poor but that's the best my phone could do :|)

To me the trichomes seems completely milky (or almost) and full and near zero completely clear, anyway here they are!

Well Frank, she looks ripe enough to me.

I like them when at peak psychoactive before they start clouding over and well before they start turning amber.

Can't stand that brain dead cloudy/amber stone.

But depends what you want to do and what you like.

:idn:

:oik!: Good luck deciding dude!
