Re: First time using a dry sift screen
Can’t beat a bit of ice hash, I use the bags just for the convenience

Re: First time using a dry sift screen
I much prefer the dry kief over the ice hash. It seems to have much more character. I bought a cheapo tumbler for the job. I have a alloy frame screen printing frame but I use that for trimming now. They still a rip-off but not as bad as Mila's tumblers lol

That’s nothing compared to one of the units I looked at last night, was more of an industrial one though but it cost a fortuneRassensi wrote: ↑Tue Oct 12, 2021 7:06 amWOW that’s daylight robbery man £50 for what’s basically a torn down carbon filter case with a bit a screen around it watch this space I’m going to make one for next too nothingVador wrote: ↑Mon Oct 11, 2021 10:24 pmFound a shop that sells the full tumbler machine or just the drums https://pollenextractor.com/Shop/en/
I didn’t think £50 for the drum was too bad tbh, by the time you’ve sourced all the materials and then took the time to put it together it probably would have cost about that, the drums the hardest part to make, to make a nice job anyway

Re: First time using a dry sift screen
I literally went looking for the bits this morning brother the screen you can get for 2.99£ on Amazon and I’ve got and old filter knocking about the rest is nothing but a storage box and I’ll turn it by hand for the amount of time it’ll take to remove the heads from the plant material I don’t know but they certainly wouldn’t be seeing any of my money that’s for sure brotherVador wrote: ↑Tue Oct 12, 2021 2:01 pmThat’s nothing compared to one of the units I looked at last night, was more of an industrial one though but it cost a fortuneRassensi wrote: ↑Tue Oct 12, 2021 7:06 amWOW that’s daylight robbery man £50 for what’s basically a torn down carbon filter case with a bit a screen around it watch this space I’m going to make one for next too nothingVador wrote: ↑Mon Oct 11, 2021 10:24 pmFound a shop that sells the full tumbler machine or just the drums https://pollenextractor.com/Shop/en/

Re: First time using a dry sift screen
I didn’t realise the screen was that cheap, like you say an old carbon filter should be perfect.
It was only last night I emptied a carbon filter and was gonna use it to burn stuff in, just want some sort of cap to block the end off and a hole right through the centre for a bit of round bar
You’ve got me thinking now
