Welcome to the forum.
Just relax a bit and let them get on with things, don't spritz them too much just make sure the soil is moist and they don't get too cold, or importantly too hot.
If you are having to spritz them multiple times a day its probably your setup needs tweaking a bit. Seeds don't need full on lights for a week or two till they have a couple of sets of leafs and a half decent root system developed.
You would do well to put up a grow diary, with a few pics of your setup and growing environment and tell us what you have done so far. Be honest, no-one will take the piss. And it makes it way easier to get proper targeted info from the members who certainly know their stuff.
And don't worry about the mountain of info out there, it's a lot easier than you think if you get the basics in order.
