try have the fan blowing over the top of canopy but not directly onto the plants. Yes they do sweat when touching, noticed this for the first time on my last grow.

They've either been suffering from heat stress or the fan has been too strong on them. This is what makes the leaves "canoe" or "taco shaped"

Also, the leaves look rather dark. Be careful not to overdo the Nitrogen.

Leaves seem very paper thin, on pic looks pretty dark but they are getting white to be honest. First what I thought its burn but other things would suggest mg deff. I read about Epsom salt it should be tomorrow but not sure if I should use it. Wind was really strong on them last week after they stretched. I'll try get it blowing from top

Epsom Salts is good and will do no harm at this stage. Dissolve 1 tea spoon in 1L of lukewarm water...turn lights down and rise them up as further as you can from the canopy..give them a good spray and wait until the leaves are dry to return the light back to normal working order and distance :)
