You're a patient person. I have been pulling mine a little early to fill the jars. Just as the thrichomes start to turn amber. Probably better for my kind of needs anyway though.

I think I am going to have to look into cover crops. Which ones have you there? These look beautiful ladies, it's like an organic little rainforest

Daikon radish (d/a) white clover (n/f) winter rye (d/a) but GHO has added hairy vetch (n/f) now which I use elsewhere. Both are good mixes but it's nice to have an even split of dynamic accumulators and nitrogen fixers.
