ive chucked a load in our flower bed for the bee's and butterflies

Can i enter with my self sown sunflowers at my allotment..? i grow them each year this way,, saves on propagation and they've already acclimatised!... the first ones are just starting to emerge ..
i have some seeds on hand i can also use instead if easier preferred :)

count me in either way please
